18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, performers, actors, actresses, dominatrices, submissives, and other persons (including the principal dominatrix, co-dominatrices, male/female submissives, and any other participants) appearing in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct (including but not limited to strapon penetration, masturbation, BDSM activities, domination/submission interactions, impact play, and other explicit acts) contained in or otherwise appearing on this website, including all pay-per-view (PPV) videos, were at least eighteen (18) years of age when such depictions were created.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 with respect to these visual depictions are kept by the Custodian of Records at the following location:

These records include, for every performer in each applicable visual depiction:

• Legible copies of government-issued photo identification documents;
• Dates of birth;
• Any stage names, aliases, or other names used by the performer;
• Indexed by performer name and date of production.

Records are maintained in a secure, confidential manner and are available for inspection by authorized officials pursuant to applicable regulations. For PPV videos involving multiple performers (e.g., principal dominatrix + co-dominatrix and/or submissive(s)), records are obtained, verified, and kept for all individuals depicted in the sexually explicit conduct.

The operator of this site is the primary producer for original PPV content. For any third-party content (if linked or hosted), records are maintained by the respective primary producer.

All other content on the site that does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct remains exempt from these requirements.
